“THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE AMAZING PHOTOS – WE AND OUR FAMILY ALL LOVE THEM SO MUCH!”
When Mina and Willie first got in touch with me about their Farm wedding in Perthshire, I was so excited! They were planning the most relaxed outdoor wedding with a ceremony led by their closest friends, by their favourite tree overlooking Crieff.
The wedding took place at the top of the farm, in the most stunning Perthshire location. Mina arrived in an old vintage Land Rover, then her father walked her down to meet Willie. He was standing by their favourite tree surrounded by all their nearest and dearest seated on straw bales below. After the ceremony Willie escorted Mina down the hillside and through the confetti line before sweeping her off her feet into his arms!
The drinks reception took place outside the beautiful marquee, with everyone basking in glorious Perthshire sunshine.
Once Mina & Willie were back with their guests we all headed into the marquee for three brilliant heartfelt speeches. The speeches were followed by a delicious wedding breakfast expertly served by the Gourlays Team. The marquee was decorated so beautifully, mostly by Willie’s Mum, and included thousands of origami birds over the dance floor area.
After the wedding breakfast the evening golden light was amazing so we popped out for a few photographs before Willie & Mina had an Orcadian Strip the Willow as their first dance – which was thoroughly entertaining with guests flying in every direction.
