How does filming work on the day? Will it feel intrusive?
Not at all. One of the biggest benefits of iPhone filming is how discreet it is – no big rigs or extra people, just me, capturing footage as I move through the day as your photographer. It’s subtle, relaxed, and totally unobtrusive. You might not even notice the filming happening – which is exactly how it should be!

What kind of film will we receive?
You’ll receive a beautifully edited 5 minute highlight film, created entirely from footage captured on iPhone throughout your day. It’s perfect for sharing on socials, watching with friends and family, or just reliving the magic in a way that feels real and personal. You'll receive your film within 48 hours of your wedding, ready to relive and rewatch on repeat!

Why iPhone? Isn’t that a bit… casual?
Not at all. iPhones today shoot incredible cinematic footage, especially when paired with a creative eye and professional editing. Plus, with over 12 years in wedding photography and years of experience teaching phone photography and reels across Scotland, I know how to capture your story with style, emotion, and authenticity – all without getting in the way.

I'll be blending in with your day while capturing everything from prep to party, in photos and film. Whether it's those behind-the-scenes giggles, your flower girl’s twirl, or your Granny cutting shapes on the dancefloor, I’m there to catch the in-between magic.

Are these iPhone films a replacement for a professional videographer?
No – not at all! iPhone films are a relaxed, creative add-on to your photography, not a substitute for full videography. They don’t include full-length recordings of your ceremony, speeches, or professional audio. Instead, they’re short, beautifully edited highlight films that capture the vibe and energy of your day in a fun and informal way.

Will the ceremony or speeches be filmed in full?
No – the iPhone films are designed to capture moments around the key events of the day, not to document them in full. You won’t receive full ceremony or speech recordings, and no audio is recorded. If you're looking for full video coverage of those parts of your wedding, I’d definitely recommend hiring a dedicated videographer alongside your photography.
